Central Queensland Media Pty Ltd is proud to take ownership of the newspaper and carry on the tradition with the re-launch of the publication in December of 2021. The Longreach Leader and Central West Leader will continue to serve the community with local news and information as well as sport, agriculture and business. Our independent team under the Today News Group banner will stive to meet and exceed reader and advertiser expectations.
